I started doing coaching and teaching when I was 19 years old. While studying in parallel, with great love for the profession and working with children and young people, I laid the foundations of a successful sports team.
No one can explain and teach you how and in what way you should live your life, but they can help you and give you guidelines and instructions on how to better understand yourself and your body and feel happy and satisfied.
We will skip over the analysis of all those everyday platitudes that are just an excuse for doing nothing and that are so deeply rooted in our psyche and prevent us from getting started, and they are already very well known to everyone: "THE MODERN MAN'S LIFE TEMPO", "UNHEALTHY DIET", " NOT ENOUGH TIME FOR MYSELF", "10 YEARS AGO I SPREAD MY ANKLE SO I CAN'T EXERCISE", "IT'S RAINING, SNOWING, COLD OUTSIDE AND I CAN'T MOVE TODAY"... We have to start from the premise that "DISCIPLINE IS THE FOUNDATION OF CIVILIZATION", therefore our common task will be to find THAT minimum of discipline and self-organization in order to deal with our body and our health. Otherwise, we are slaves to our moods every day. After that, everything is much easier. Let's start practicing!

Gospodin Milenković nije samo trener; on je mentor i figura nalik roditelju koji od dece stvara ljude. Njegov pristup treninzima ne uključuje samo fizičku pripremu, već i razvijanje karaktera, samodiscipline i moralnih vrednosti. Posvećuje svoje vreme i energiju kako bi osigurao da njegovi učenici ne postanu samo vrhunski sportisti, već i odgovorni, samouvereni i saosećajni ljudi.
Danas radim kao personalni trener u Dubaiju sa preko 300 klijenata u karijeri do sad i diplomirani sam trener u sportu. Sve svoje uspehe dugujem Vama, gospodine Milenkoviću.
